Creative writing: Rich for one day.

To be the person who is given the $100 billion, would truly be a life changing event. I would never have to face that moment where you walk into the cafeteria to find a place to sit and everyone stares at you, again; for I would simply build a new cafeteria and higher a world class mime as a bouncer. This way, everyone would get confused as to what the bouncer was saying, so they would just walk away, resulting in my cafeteria being empty so I can throw my food around the room without consequence.

For my own personal pleasures I would purchase thousands of food based and underwater creature oriented telephones. I would than hook each and everyone of them up in one room, making no walls visible. I'd be sure to set them all as the same number... except for one. I would also put one single lawn chair in the middle of the room. I would than sit cross legged in the centre of the room, use the one odd numbered phone, and dial the other phone number. I would do this at inappropriate times of day, to ensure that my neighbours would too, become insane.

I would also higher NASA's best engineer's to create my own personal space shuttle, in which would contain bouncy castle balls as far as the eye could see. The balls would then be literally everywhere once in space due to no gravity, making it feel as though you're swimming in one of those corn popper baby toys.

From there, I would spend money in ways that would be beneficial to others. I would make a deal with president Obama. I would pay off America's debt, in return of 48% of America's air. This way, I could begin my quest in search for a better world. After buying a robot that can predict the future, I would know that earth would soon be in ruins; which is why I would go find my own new planet that was sustainable to live on.

The departure would take place at 12am, Dec 20, 2012. Accompanying me would be Bo Burnham, and Gandalf the white. Of course Gandalf isn't real, but I would higher Ian Mckellen to play that role throughout the entire adventure. We would travel for many years until we were running low on Oxygen, during which Bo and I would be cracking cleverly worded puns, while basking in the awesomeness of the great white.

We would come to a planet which would have rings like Saturn, only rainbow. After exploring, we'd find large oceans and that the planet is covered in oxygen. We would than make our way back to earth, saving the few that were left. Luckily before departing, I purchased thousands of fruit trees and many cattle; which would act as the main food supplies.

I would then enforce myself as the world leader, and name the newly found planet " Super crazy awesome 100x better than old earth, new earth". Because nobody on Super Crazy Awesome 100x Better Than Old Earth, New Earth had any money, I would supply everyone with money in order to have a successful economical system.

That is what I would spend 100 billion dollars on, if you, Mr. Lobb, gave that ridiculous amount of cash to me.

Wuhd up dawgs?

Hello fellow classmates and Mr. Lobb, and welcome to my blog! You may have noticed by now that I'm not T- pain... I know! the resemblance is uncanny.

WHERE DO I LIVE?:

I come from the land of table salt, and ford motorised vehicles. AKA Saltford. It's not very far from civilization, but when you're 16 like me and need to walk to town... it's terrible. My house isn't the greatest, but it's also not the worst. My room is my favourite part of my house, because it's cluttered and full of junk. I. LOVE. JUNK.
Yes, the hogwats basalisk does live here, in the chamber of secrets.

LIKES AND DISLIKES:

I enjoy many things, but I also dislike many things. To create a general image in your mind of these things, and their classification in my mind, I have created these lists below.

Things that I, Kendra (not T-Pain), like:

  • Dunking my hand in buckets/containers of grains, rice, and dried beans.
  • Mythical creatures, ie- Dragons, wargs, fairies, centaurs, unicorns, nymphs, elves, ect.
  • Listening to a 'happy' song while walking on a sunny day.
  • Sparkles and buttons (the kind you wear, and push).
  • Autumn.
  • Awkward situation/moments.
  • DUMBLEDORE FTW!
  • Bald kittens, snails, and axolotls.
  • Rainbows, sunshine and happiness.
  • Terrible Puns.

I enjoy these things because they make me feel comfortable, happy, imaginative and make me laugh. For example, Autumn is my season of preference because the temperature is never intense, and it makes me feel comfortable.  Rainbows, sunshine, snails, bald kittens, and axolotls make me happy; they always put a smile on my face and are very interesting. I like awkward situations because they make everything feel so spontanious! In an awkward moment, nobody knows where the conversation is heading and the expression on peoples faces are hilarious!

Things that I dislike:
  • Spiders.
  • Kids on the block sexual abuse puppets.
  • When people tell me there's no cream or milk in their coffee, when it's clearly visible that there is.
  • Shawnas rat.
  • Storms.
  • When my IPod breaks, or I'm without a source of music.
  • The fourth kind.

I mentioned the things in the dislike list above because they make me feel scared, uncomfortable, annoyed and disgusted. When costumers indicate that I have mistakenly made the wrong cup of joe, I get very annoyed; only when I'm positive I made it correct. When my IPod breaks, all hope is lost; music alters my mood and when I'm without it for long periods of time I feel distressed, and uncomfortable. The things that disgust me are spiders, and a creature which my sister named 'Bella'. They are both tiny little thing that are always in places you wish they weren't, and have beady little eyes.

MUSIC I LISTEN TO:

The music that I listen to varies in genres. Although I listen to a wide variety of music, my taste is still particular. I strongly dislike country, rap, hip-hop, r&b, pop, and I'm sure there's more. The genres that I listen to on a regular basis are indie, alternative, reggae, acoustic, ska, dubstep and 'funk'. It's an odd mixture, but it's what puts me in the best moods.

Some bands/artists that I listen to daily are Arctic Monkeys, Big D and the kids table, Aphex Twin, Cake, Cloud cult, Crystal Castles, DFA, Eagles of death metal, Iglu & Hartly, JUSTICE, KC and the sunshine band, Bananarama and fun boy 3, the kooks, LOT, MGMT, MSI, Pheonix, Pixies, pomplamoose, RATATAT, slightly stoopid, DOM, starfucker, Street light manifesto, stars, sublime, Sufjan Stevens, breakbot, the unicorns and the virgins. If you're interested in more, just ask me! I have so many favourites, that it's to hard to mention just a few. I like all of these bands because their music has the power to alter my mood in great ways.

My songs of the day are typical by MUTEMATH, ice-cream by BATTLES, and come on! feel the illinoise by Sufjan Stevens.

This song (Typical) is one of my songs of the day, because it fills my body from head to toe with feelings and emotions of hope. This song makes me feel like there's more to life, and that it will eventually come. MUTEMATH in my opinion are a very inspiring band. Their lyrics " Because I know there's got be another level, somewhere closer to the other side" from the chorus of this song inspire me to do my best and be patient, for what you're searching for will find you.

ICE CREAM by BATTLES is one of my favourite songs because it has a unique sound to it, and it constantly puts a smile on my face. The video for this song also makes me happy. It's random, and very colourful! I'm very easily distracted, and this video catches my attention and gets me hooked on watching it again and again. I find this song to be quite comical and entertaining, resulting in the best of mood alterations.

WHAT DO I READ?

Unfortunately, I rarely read for pleasure. Although I do enjoy reading, I find it rather time consuming. Types of novels I enjoy reading are comics, comedy, fiction and science fiction. Some of my favourite books are A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess, The Curious Incident of the dog in the night-time by Mark Hadden, and the Harry Potter series by J.K Rowling.

I enjoyed reading A Clockwork Orange because the author created a slang called nadsat for it, and the writing style is very unique. The way Anthony Burgess wrote the book was also very witty and clever. I like The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time because I can easily relate to the main Character. The character who Mark Hadden wrote about also has some unusual routines, and often feels different. Also, the story is sort of written awkwardly, and I myself am awkward. I have an obsession for Harry Potter, it's rather unhealthy. J.K Rowlings has, in my opinion, one of the best imaginations out there. The Harry Potter series make me feel like I'm in a world of magic and adventure.

WHAT DO I WATCH?

I probably watch WAY to much television. It's an addiction of mine that I'm not proud of. I'm a comedy junkie, because laughing is my favourite pastime. It is honestly a struggle, for me to take anything seriously. That being said, I also enjoy fantasy movies, science fictional films, horrors, and anything that I find interesting.

Favourite Movies:
  •  Rubber
  • It's Kind of a funny story
  • A Clockwork Orange
  • Birds
  • The Shining
  • Human Centipied
  • Cloverfield
  • EVERY HARRY POTTER
  • ALL THE TRANSFORMERS
  • Anchorman

Favourite Shows:

  • The Sarah Silverman Program
  • The Office
  • South Park
  • MANswers
  • Buffy the Vampire Slayer
  • Friends

WHAT DO I EAT?

I could quite possibly be, the pickiest eater you've ever met. I'm very unhealthy too, I once literally went to McDonads every day for 2 weeks and 4 days straight. You'll almost always find me with some type of candy.

I hate cheese and milk, but I like yogurt and ice cream. I hate yolk, but I like the white part of egg. Any sea food is disgusting. I love steak, but only if it's rare. My favourite foods are Pop rocks, lasagna, toaster stroodle, apple sauce, and macaroni and tomato juice.
